Brokers Alliance® to Add 55 Employees and New Office Space

Brokers Alliance®, Inc is expanding and hiring at its corporate location in Fountain Hills, Arizona. Brokers Alliance® is a national life and annuity brokerage located at the corner of Palisades and Saguaro Boulevards in Fountain Hills, Arizona.

Brokers Alliance® will outgrow its current office space within two years, and is considering acquiring another location to expand its workspace. Additionally, Brokers Alliance® is in the process of acquiring another company that is 32 employees deep. On top of this acquisition, Brokers Alliance® will add at least 25 employees to its existing workforce within the next 16 months.

David Racich, President and Chief Executive Officer, purchased its current corner office building in Fountain Hills, Arizona in 2013. Racich plans to add an additional 55 employees to Outlook Advisors, a Brokers Alliance® sister company, within the next two years. “Funding is in place and the employees are desperately needed,” said Racich. “Considering the ever-changing way our society is attracted to and seeks out financial advice, it is important to deliver progressive, unique solutions.
